2-1-1 Maine is a nonprofit resource whose mission is to connect anyone in Maine who wants to give help or get help with a full range of health and human services in their community. (You can also call 2-1-1 to access information.)
DHHS Office of Adult Mental Health Services
The Office of Adult Mental Health Services (OAMHS) is the designated State Public Mental Health Authority for adults. A primary responsibility of the OAMHS is to develop and maintain a comprehensive system of mental health services and supports for persons age 18 and older with severe and persistent mental illness.

Maine Coalition to End Domestic Violence
MCEDV's mission is to create and encourage a social, political, and economic environment in which domestic violence no longer exists, and to ensure that battered women are supported and that batterers are held accountable. The statewide domestic violence hotline is 1-800-834-HELP.

A nonprofit organization dedicated to raising trans visibility in the state of Maine and providing information on trans issues.
Maine Clinical Counselors Association
The Maine Clinical Counselors Association is a state-wide organization for professional counselors in clinical practice, representing various mental health disciplines working in independent practice and public and private agencies, hospitals, schools, universities, and businesses. Their website contains info about LCPCs, a counselor directory, and mental health links.
